Credential Security
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Widget Deployment & End-User Notice
If you deploy Talk2Site on your website, you agree that you are solely responsible for providing adequate privacy disclosures and obtaining necessary consents from your website visitors regarding automated chat conversations, lead capture, and calendar bookings under applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible to enter binding agreements to use paid services.
03. Permitted Use
You agree to use Talk2Site only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Do not upload malware or harmful payloads.
- Do not abuse crawling or integrations in unauthorized ways.
- Do not attempt to disrupt platform availability or security.
04. Pricing, Billing, and Subscription
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing page and selected billing cycle.
Charges
You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions until cancellation.
Plan Changes
Upgrades or downgrades may change limits and billing amounts for future cycles.
Refunds
Refund decisions follow our billing policy and applicable law.
05. Intellectual Property
Talk2Site software, branding, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property law.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the service under these Terms.
06. Privacy, Data Processing, and Storage
Your use of Talk2Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, including data processing and storage disclosures.
Browser Storage & Session Security
You acknowledge that Talk2Site uses secure HttpOnly session cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage strictly to authenticate accounts, defend against CSRF, and preserve UI preferences.
Data Processor Role
For lead details and customer conversations collected through your chatbots, Talk2Site acts as a Data Processor executing automated workflows on your behalf.
07. Integrations and Automation Features
Talk2Site includes integrations and AI workflow features that are controlled by your workspace configuration.
Google Calendar
Calendar access is used for scheduling workflows you enable.
Google Analytics
Analytics access is read-only and used for dashboard metrics.
SMTP Email
SMTP configuration is used to send business notifications and follow-up workflows.
Smart Lead Capture and AI Summary
These features process chat context to collect lead data and generate summaries for your team.
08. Third-Party Services
Third-party services connected through Talk2Site remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
09. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, abuse, or legal requirements.
10. Disclaimers and Liability Limits
Talk2Site is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Talk2Site against claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Maharashtra, India. We may update Terms, and continued use indicates acceptance of revisions.
